This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. If anything here doesn’t make sense, email matt@salescreationinc.com and ask.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, revenue goal, and whatever you write about what’s broken. If you email us directly instead, we get your email address and whatever else is in that message.
Like most websites, our hosting also logs basic technical information automatically — things like your browser type and IP address — the way any web server does. We don’t use this to identify you personally.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry, figure out whether working together makes sense, and follow up with you about it. We don’t use it for anything beyond that conversation, and we don’t build marketing lists from it without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information, ever. This page loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a testimonial widget from Senja, which involves your browser requesting files from their servers — standard for most websites, and outside our control once the page loads.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this site ourselves. The embedded testimonial widget may set its own cookies to operate; that's governed by its provider's own privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s useful to have that conversation with you, and for the length of any engagement if you become a client. We delete or archive it when it’s no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matt@salescreationinc.com and we’ll sort it out directly — no formal process needed.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
